Aaron handles most of the hands-on locksmith work, bringing his skills and experience to each job. Whether he's working on a lock, making a key, or troubleshooting a problem, he's the one getting his hands dirty and finding solutions.
Meanwhile, I'm usually the voice you'll hear when you call McKenzie River Locksmith!
I answer the phone, schedule appointments, coordinate our service calls, and help keep everything running smoothly. While Aaron handles most of the technical work, I also get involved with certain jobs, especially rekeying locks.
And yes, we typically head out to jobs together!
It's a partnership that allows us to combine our strengths while doing something we both enjoy.
